SwiftDose offers delivery services across Zimbabwe, with coverage expanding continuously to serve more communities.

Zone 1 — Harare CBD and surrounding suburbs

2.3 Rural and Remote Areas

3. Delivery Fees

3.1 Fee Structure

Free Delivery: Orders above $50.00 USD attract free delivery. Terms and conditions apply.

4. Order Tracking and Communication

SwiftDose provides tracking information for all orders.

4.2 Real-Time Tracking

For orders delivered via partnered couriers, customers receive a tracking link for real-time updates.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Important: SwiftDose is not liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5.2 Delivery Availability

6. Failed Deliveries

6.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery

Incorrect Address Address provided is incomplete or inaccurate
Unreachable Contact Phone number is incorrect or not answering
Customer Unavailable No one available to receive order during delivery attempts
Access Issues Delivery location cannot be accessed
No Response Customer fails to respond to communication attempts

6.2 Failed Delivery Resolution

First attempt failed SwiftDose contacts customer to reschedule
Failed delivery due to customer error Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling
Failed delivery due to SwiftDose error SwiftDose covers rescheduling costs

6.3 Unclaimed Orders

If an order remains unclaimed after:

  • 2 days from final delivery attempt (Zones 1–3)
  • 3 days from final delivery attempt (Zones 4–5)

The order will be returned to SwiftDose. Customers may:

  • Request reshipment (additional delivery fees apply)
  • Receive refund, less shipping costs (if applicable)

7. Limitations and Force Majeure

7.1 Circumstances Beyond Control

SwiftDose is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Customers will be notified as soon as SwiftDose becomes aware of the issue
  • Estimated resolution timelines will be provided
  • Regular updates will be shared until resolution
  • Alternative delivery arrangements will be explored where possible

8. Policy Updates

8.1 Right to Modify

SwiftDose reserves the right to update or modify this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the SwiftDose website.

8.2 Applicable Version

The version of this policy in effect at the time of order placement governs all delivery aspects for that order.
